Frank is a visionary leader with a proven ability to build successful leadership teams, create new revenue streams, and adapt to the rapidly changing business environment. He has held leadership roles with nationally-recognized health insurance companies and small startup ventures, contributing to the development of an omnichannel sales distribution strategy. Prior to joining Cresso Health, Frank served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Humana, leading a team of over 500 employees. Before that, he was the Region Head of Medicare at Aetna for the Northeast region. Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bernard Baruch College.
Gabe Tovar
Chief Sales Officer
Gabe brings over 20 years of expertise in the healthcare and insurance industries. Throughout his career, Gabe has held prominent positions, including serving as the Sales Director for Humana in Kentucky, Ohio, Iowa, and West Virginia. Most recently, he was a Managing Partner for AMP Brokers, a firm specializing in Medicare Advantage. Gabe holds degrees in Economics and Healthcare Management from the University of New Mexico.
Mike Bully
Chief Growth Officer
Mike has 18+ years of experience across several sectors of the insurance industry and brings a unique perspective to Cresso. He has held several leadership positions, including Market Director for Humana overseeing the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and DC, as well as selling all over the eastern seaboard. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, along with Master’s Degrees in Healthcare Management and International Business.
Scott Callahan
Executive Vice President, E-Broker Operations
Scott Callahan has been a leader in the health insurance sales field for over 21+ years. For 17 years, Scott helped build the inside sales operation for one of the largest health insurance carriers in the country. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales for a large brokerage and looks forward to bringing these combined experiences to help grow Cresso Health.
Jenny Fong
Chief Compliance Officer
Jenny Fong has over 25 years of diversified experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial business lines with a focus on health care administration, government programs, regulatory compliance, operational services and program management services. Jenny has successfully implemented Compliance, Risk, Investigations, Monitoring and Auditing Programs, along with Privacy, Fraud, Waste and Abuse Programs for regional and national carriers. Jenny holds a bachelor's degree from Pace University.
Dale Robinett
Chief Financial Officer
Dale Robinett is a seasoned executive with a track record of driving growth, optimizing financial structures, and leading high-impact business transformations. He brings extensive experience in financial planning, M&A, and operational efficiency across the insurance, healthcare, and financial services industries. Dale served as Vice President of Strategy & Operations at SelectQuote as well as senior financial leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City and World Fuel Services. His deep expertise in financial strategy, M&A integration, and operational optimization positions him well to support Cresso Health’s continued expansion. Dale holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Park University.
