Frank Pistone

Frank is a visionary leader with a proven ability to build successful leadership teams, create new revenue streams, and adapt to the rapidly changing business environment. He has held leadership roles with nationally-recognized health insurance companies and small startup ventures, contributing to the development of an omnichannel sales distribution strategy. Prior to joining Cresso Health, Frank served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Humana, leading a team of over 500 employees. Before that, he was the Region Head of Medicare at Aetna for the Northeast region. Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bernard Baruch College. He and his family live in Long Island, New York.
Gabe Tovar
Chief Sales Officer
Gabe brings over 20 years of expertise in the healthcare and insurance industries. Throughout his career, Gabe has held prominent positions, including serving as the Sales Director for Humana in Kentucky, Ohio, Iowa, and West Virginia. Most recently, he was a Managing Partner for AMP Brokers, a firm specializing in Medicare Advantage. Gabe holds degrees in Economics and Healthcare Management from the University of New Mexico. He is based in Chicago, Illinois.
Mike Bully
Chief Commercial Officer
Mike has 18+ years of experience across several sectors of the insurance industry and brings a unique perspective to Cresso. He has held several leadership positions, including Market Director for Humana overseeing the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and DC, as well as selling all over the eastern seaboard. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, along with Master’s Degrees in Healthcare Management and International Business. He currently resides in Philadelphia.
